How do I make a return?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and with original tags. Sale items are final sale. Returns only — no exchanges. A $7.50 return label fee will be deducted from your refund unless Free Return + Package Protection
Can I return an item not purchased on cocomoonhawaii.com?
We can only accept returns for purchases made through cocomoonhawaii.com. If you made a purchase through another shop or website, the exchange must be processed through that shop/website.
