What is your return policy?Updated 2 months ago

If you are not completely satisfied with your Coco Moon purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for refund, unless the items were purchased on sale. All sale items are FINAL and not eligible for return. 

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order.

 For all other return inquiries, please submit your return request here.

  • All items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags/packaging attached (this includes the ribbon and cardboard wrapping that comes around the quilts, throw blankets and mama robes).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Return policy only applies to purchases placed through cocomoonhawaii.com. Items purchased through a retailer needs to be handled with the retailer.
  • The original shipping fee on an order is non-refundable.
  • Route Protection Package is non-refundable.

Coco Moon reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) that does not meet our return policy.

Once a return request is initiated, the item(s) being returned must be postmarked no later than 14 business days after the date of return request. Any inquiries that fall outside of this timeline will be cancelled and the items will no longer be eligible for return.

Once the return is received, it may take up to 30 days to process the return and issue the refund on our end. If your refund has not posted to your account within that time frame, please reach out to us at [email protected].
