What is your gift return policy?Updated 6 months ago

**HOLIDAY RETURNS: All orders placed between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for return until January 31st excluding orders placed during our BFCM sale which is November 21st to November 27th. Orders placed between November 21st to November 27th are final sale and not eligible for return.**


If you received your item as a gift, a receipt or proof of purchase from cocomoonhawaii.com must be provided in order to for the item to be eligible. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly through cocomoonhawaii.com. We apologize in advance as we currently do not offer exchanges.

Once proof of purchase* is established, please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] we will send you additional return instructions and all other criteria in our standard return policy applies. 

  • *Acceptable proof of purchase is either the original order number that starts with "SP", or the original purchaser's name or email.

If an item was purchased on sale, the item will not be eligible for return.

All gift returns will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card for purchase value.

All items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags/packaging attached (this includes the ribbon and cardboard wrapping that comes around the quilts, throw blankets and mama robes).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
