We want to resolve any issues with defective or damaged items as quickly as possible. Defects refer to blemishes or imperfections discovered before or with minimal wear. If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following details:
Order Number starting with #SP
Name of the defective item and print (e.g., Nalu Coverall 0-6M)
Description and photo(s) of the defect
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item, provided it’s still in stock. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a different print or store credit.
Examples of manufacturing defects include:
Holes
Snags
Missing robe tie
Missing bloomers in infant-sized dresses
Misprint (e.g., print is upside down)
Defective zippers
