What if my item has a manufacturing defect?Updated a year ago
We want to sort out any issues with defective/damaged items right away. As soon as you discover a manufacturing fault, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order Number starting with #SP
- The name of the defective item (ex. Nalu Coverall 0-6M)
- Description AND photo of the fault
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item as long as the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, a different print or store credit may be offered.
*Examples of manufacturing defects: holes, snags, missing robe tie, misprint, etc.
