What can I do if my order was lost or damaged in transit?Updated a year ago

Learning that your package was lost or damaged in transit is always a bummer! We are happy to assist in resolving this issue with you.

If you receive your order and the it has been damaged in transit, please follow these steps to 

  • Reach out to USPS/UPS to report the lost/damaged package.
  • If the mail carrier is not able to locate the package or provide credit for your package, please reach out to us at [email protected] with all your order details, description and pictures of any damage, and details of any communication made with the mail carrier.

*Please note that if you have purchased Route Protection Program, please submit a claim with Route, as they cover your package with a refund or replacement for lost, damaged or stolen orders. Read more about Route here.
