Can I make a change to my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number starting with #SP
  • Change you would like to make

If a refund is in order after making the change, we will process the change on your order and refund you the overpaid balance. If there is an unpaid balance after making the change to your order, we will send you an invoice with the cost of the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

*Please note that our company and our warehouse do the very best to get your order out quickly. If your order has already been packed, processed and shipped out, we will not be able to make any edits to your order.
