If you need to make an edit to your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number that starts with #SP
- Updated Shipping Address
We will be happy to update your shipping address for you!
*Please note that our company and our warehouse do the very best to get your order out quickly. If your order has already been processed and shipped out, we will not be able to make any edits to your order.
**If you placed your order using an express checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, ShopPay, etc.), please be sure to double check the shipping address when you receive the order confirmation email. Sometimes the address on the order will change to the address associate with the express checkout account method after paying.
**Please also note that a change in address may result in a change in shipping fee in some cases.
