What is your return policy?

Please review our return policy before submitting a return request.

Important: This return policy applies only to orders placed directly on cocomoonhawaii.com.
If your item was purchased from a retailer, returns must be handled directly with that retailer.


Final Sale Items

All items purchased during any and all sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
    (This includes ribbon and cardboard wrapping for quilts, throw blankets, and mama robes, and all hangtags for clothing, towels, and accessories)

  • Bliss Blankets are not eligible for return unless they remain in their original compression packaging

Coco Moon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


How to Start a Return

You can submit your return request through your account here:

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.


Returns Only (No Exchanges)

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size, style, or print:

  • Please return your original item

  • Place a new order for the desired item

This allows us to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.


Gift Returns

If your order was a gift, please reach out to us at [email protected] with:

  • The order number or

  • The name/email of the original purchaser

Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.


Return Fees & Refunds

  • A flat return fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified

  • Gift returns are issued as store credit


Return Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to us:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing during non-peak seasons

  • During peak/holiday periods, processing may take 7–10 business days
