I lost my reward code/didn't copy it. How can I view the code again?Updated a year ago
Here's how you can view your reward code after redeeming it:
1. Log into customer account.
- To log into your rewards account, follow these steps:
- In the top right corner, next to the search bar, click on the "person" icon.
- Enter your email and password to log in.
- If you have not created an account, click on 'Register Here'.
- If you think you already have an account but forgot your password, click on 'Forgot your password?'
2. Under 'Your Rainbow Reward Balance,' click on "Reward History'
3. A pop up window will appear and show all the rewards that you have redeemed available for use.
4. Click "View" on the reward you redeemed.
5. Copy and paste the code at check out.
