How do I manage/redeem my reward points?Updated a year ago

1) Log into your rewards account on our website.

• To log into your rewards account, follow these steps:
  • In the top right corner, next to the search bar, click on the "person" icon.
  • Enter your email and password to log in. 
    • If you have not created an account, click on 'Register Here'.
    • If you think you already have an account but forgot your password, click on 'Forgot your password?'
• Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your reward balance, reward activity, order history, as well as redeem your points for coupon codes.
• Under 'Your Rainbow Reward Balance,' click 'Redeem Now.'
  • A widget will pop up on the bottom of the screen with the codes available to be redeemed.
  • All coupons eligible to be redeemed will have a button that says "REDEEM" next to/under the coupon code.
  • Once you redeem the code, don't forget to copy and paste it!
  • Once you redeem the code, please note that the points used for that code are automatically taken out of your reward point balance regardless of whether the code is used or not.

2) During checkout.

• Once you are on the checkout page, you will see a section that says "You have _____ Rainbow Rewards" with a dropdown to select a reward to redeem.
• Select the reward you want to redeem and hit the "Redeem" button.
• The code should pop up in a widget and automatically apply to your cart. We suggest copying the code and saving it elsewhere until you complete your purchase. Please review your order to confirm that the reward code was applied.

If you accidentally redeem a code and want the codes allocated back to your account, or if you see that the reward code did not apply to the order after you complete your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] and they can assist you with this!
