How do I create/access my rewards account? (Using laptop or desktop computer)Updated 5 months ago

New Reward Account Activation:

When creating your rewards account, we recommend using the same email address that was used to place your order.

1. Go to https://cocomoonhawaii.com/account/register to create a new account.
   • If you are making an account after your first order has already been placed, the order will automatically earn points and will show up if you used the same email address.
2. Once your account is successfully created, you will be taken back to the home page. You will see the "Rewards Pop Up" located in the bottom left-hand side corner. This is where you will be able to keep track of your rewards and redeem your points for reward codes. 
   

Existing Reward Account Access:

If you have an existing reward account, you can log into your reward account by clicking on the reward pop up located in the bottom left-hand corner (as pictured above) and hit "sign in".
