Yes, starting November 27, 2024, your Rainbow Reward points will expire after 365 days of inactivity.

Inactivity simply means that no points have been earned or redeemed within the last 365 days.

For example, if you redeem a portion of your points on December 31, 2024, your entire points balance will be set to expire on December 31, 2025, if there hasn’t been any other point activity during that period.

This means that any points transaction resets the 365-day expiry countdown for your entire balance.

Please note that your reward points expiry is different from the redeemed reward code expiry. All reward codes that are redeemed expire 6 months from the redemption date.
