What is your return/exchange policy for orders placed during your Black Friday sale?
All orders placed during our Early Access, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The sale runs from Friday, November 14 – Monday, December 1, 2025.
How long will my order take to ship/pick up?
Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday event, order processing times may take up to 7–21 business days. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
During the busy holiday season, we’re unable to accommodate rush requests or urgent shipments, but our team is working hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

Can I combine multiple orders?
Because of the high order volume during our sale, we’re unable to combine multiple orders.
If you need to adjust an order, you’re welcome to request a cancellation (before it ships) and place a new one.
Each order must individually meet the free shipping minimum to qualify.
Please note: shipping fees on original orders will not be refunded if additional orders are placed later.
Can I edit or change my order after it’s placed?
To keep our inventory accurate and ensure no mistakes are made, we cannot edit orders once placed.
Please double-check your sizes and items before checking out.
If you need to make a change, email [email protected] as soon as possible — our team can cancel the original order so you can place a new one with the correct items.
Keep in mind that items may sell out quickly during the sale.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible!
Once an order has been fulfilled and packed, we’re unable to make any address changes.
Please note: if your address changes from Hawaii to the mainland or international, additional shipping fees may apply.
Can I apply both a discount code and a reward code to my order?
Only one discount code or reward code can be used per order.
Discount codes and reward codes cannot be combined.
Can I use my e-gift card code in combination with a discount code?
Yes! You can use an e-gift card code together with a discount code on the same order.
I placed an order right before or after the sale — can I still get the Black Friday deals?
Our Black Friday deals only apply during the official sale window, from Friday, November 14 – Monday, December 1, 2025.
Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed before or after the sale.
No exceptions will be made.
Can I send a gift directly to my recipient?
Yes! You can absolutely send a Coco Moon gift straight to your loved one — and include a thoughtful message, too.
